They are prepared fresh everyday in our ayurvedic kitchen, out of whole and raw ingredients such as fresh milk, curd, fruit pulps, flowers, herbs, nut & spices. They are finally tested clinically for efficacy & safety. This offering of Fresh Ayurveda has made a mark in the Indian personal care industry.

Role: Marketing Manager (Brand)

Planning, executing, and managing brand communication across ads, social media, web optimized packaging, and more. Build brand equity through content, collaborations, community, and insight-led initiatives. Partner closely with internal teams (growth, product, creative) and external agencies. Champion a culture of insight-driven marketing and consistent brand building.


Responsibilities:

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution responsible for shaping the brand narrative, driving visibility, and delivering business growth through high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate blends creativity with commercial thinking, understands consumer insights deeply, and can translate business priorities into compelling brand experiences.


Content Marketing

  • Build a cohesive content calendar aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Create compelling, SEO-friendly, consumer-first content across website, social, email, paid, and partner channels.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice, tone, and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with design, performance, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Experiment with new formats (video, reels, influencer content, UGC, podcasts, etc.) to drive engagement.


Brand & Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with business teams to define product narratives and go-to-market plans.
  • Map consumer journeys and identify high-impact touchpoints across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Lead visibility for key launches, hero products, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, repeat rate, etc.) and optimize initiatives based on insights.


Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelors of Engineering / Medicine / Science / Maths / Economics / Stats / Psychology
  2. 3-4 yrs of business growth / marketing experience.
  3. Atleast 2 yrs of marketing experience in paid marketing, organic brand marketing or category marketing
  4. Experience in FMCG, consumer brand, consumer tech, health, wellness industries preferred. Must have had experience with digital first consumer business.
  5. Excellent creative ideation & writing skills. Ability to craft narratives that resonate.
  6. Hands-on experience with SEO, social media platforms, and content performance analytics.
  7. Strong analytical skills - Data forward decision making on brand and media. Clear fundamentals on reading/ implementing research (qual and quant) insights on category development, customer journey and media effectiveness.
  8. Easily consumes consumer insights, market research data from category team & converts learning into meaningful exciting content & campaigns.
  9. Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind towards business problems.
  10. Independent dealing with multiple internal & external parties to achieve goals.
  11. Strong bias towards action & hustle.
  12. Excited about building a long term brand & making organic media a strong arm of the brand
