As a Financial Statement - Associate 2, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information to maintain smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage various challenges. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business services and support team, enabling efficient operations within our Internal Firm Services practice.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Commerce / Accountancy or Finance. or the equivalent degree
- At least 1-3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
-Associates with 1–3 years of professional experience in Financial Statements related work.
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Minimum C1 level proficiency in English is required.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to create, format, and edit PwC and non-PwC branded documents, including letters, compliance reports, financial statements, and general correspondence, using appropriate firm software.
- Experience working with firm workflow applications to manage and complete requests from internal clients.
- Adherence to firm risk management standards to ensure the protection and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 rotational shift model, preferably during US business hours and on Indian holidays and festive occasions.
The candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, with shifts changing on a weekly basis. The rotation typically includes:
• One week of Morning Shift
• One week of Early Bridge Shift
• One week of Bridge Shift
Additionally, as part of the overall rotation, the candidate will be required to work:
• One week of Evening Shift in one month
• One week of Night Shift in the subsequent month
