The Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Argentina, Chile
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare, process, and review payroll-related data (e.g., new hires, terminations, compensation changes, time and attendance, benefits, and tax data) to support accurate and timely payroll cycles
* Enter and validate payroll data in systems
* Support Time & Attendance tracking
* Maintain accurate payroll records and generate standard reports
* Support adherence to payroll controls and company policies throughout the payroll cycle
* Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations
* Assist with audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related documentation
* Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, customer-focused support
* Assist with research and issue resolution in partnership with internal teams and vendors
* Support Senior team members with complex payroll questions (e.g., gross-to-net calculations, multi-country issues)
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
* Cross-train with team members to provide coverage and support shared service operations across the region
* Gain exposure to regional payroll practices across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and Latin America)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, with a strong understanding of payroll.
* 3-5 years’ experience in payroll, accounting, HR operations or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools
* Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
* Exposure to payroll systems (ADP GlobalView, Celergo, eTime)
* Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
