Senior Director – Warehouse Operations & Automation 

 

Overview 

The Global Supply Chain Process Level Director role is accountable for building, testing and deploying the new business system and processes for all global CPS and North America Supply chain operations. The role is to lead Process level current and future state process and solution design as well as the planning and preparation phase for the upcoming supply chain SAP implementation 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Works closely with NAOU and CPS supply chain team to outline process scope and design and understand the ERP program functionalities, systems that need to be incorporated to the program or interfaces to be built 

  • Directly responsible for managing and making trade off decisions around process versus functionality and will work with Technical Teams on designing the future system/tools developing the training content and deployment of the training content to the end users 

  • Accountable for Process and Solution design, testing, training, and implementation at all NAOU, CPS, and relevant BU facilities. 

  • Lead the understanding of the business process changes, and work with the change management team on the deployment and training globally to the Supply Chain organizations worldwide. 

  • Build a network of global process owners in the business to support and sustain new process and system capabilities 

  • Lead development and tracking of critical metrics to monitor success 

  • Work with Supply Chain Leaders across the System to define capability priorities for the function. 

  • Lead the design and execution of fully integrated SAP systems and business process across NAOU/CPS Supply Chain networks globally.  This works includes solution build, testing, training, deployment and hypercare supporting all CPS/NAOU Plants and related operations. 

  • Lead the strategic alignment with cross functional teams and business readiness for the change. Provide key input to design and execution and successful transition to the new environment 

  • Lead testing and training activities across workstream 

  • Evaluate Staffing Needs across process area to ensure successful deployment and implementation 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.  

  • 7+ years in an IT leadership role that includes proven ability to deliver IT solutions for a global consumer goods business  

  • Experience in Warehouse Automations implementing Technology for AMR, AGV, ASRS is a must 

  • Experience in Green Field Supply chain plants will be preferred. 

  • Proven experience in IT strategic planning, organization, development and execution. 

  • Experience in business process re-engineering and standardizing business processes across entities. 

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize business needs and allocate resources by appropriately balancing internal capabilities with external consultants is essential. 

  • Beyond technical knowledge, outstanding communications skills and Agile methodologies with a collaborative, team-based leadership style. 

  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to meet business objectives with a pattern of consistent delivery and continual process improvement/ 

  • Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate and communicate potential impacts of emerging technologies.  

  • Results-orientated leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience. 

  • Ability to manage change with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • A current understanding of IT management disciplines and the technical tools in use and the ability to keep up with and assess new technology and provide leadership in applying it strategically to business. 

  • Must have proven large scale project management experience with the ability to influence direction of key initiatives and work with the IT and business teams to structure and staff efforts.

Reports to Senior Director, Supply Chain Solutions 

Span of Control – 4 direct reports,3 cf-C and 1 cf-B

Pay Range:

United States of America: 202,000 USD - 229,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

30

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
