[DACH MAG] Supply Chain Coordinator (all genders)

The role

As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll help ensure our production always receives the right ingredients and materials on time, in full, and with the required quality. You'll be the main point of contact for suppliers whenever deliveries don't go as planned and work closely with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.

This role combines communication, coordination, and data analysis. You'll investigate issues, identify root causes, and support continuous process improvements. Your work has a direct impact on ensuring our customers receive their HelloFresh boxes exactly as expected.

• This position is offered as a 24-month limited contract with the potential for extension.

What you'll do

• Monitor inbound deliveries and ensure production is supplied on time.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding delivery delays, shortages, or quality deviations.
• Lead confident and solution-oriented conversations with suppliers, following up until issues are resolved.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, FSQA, and Operations teams.
• Analyse delivery issues and perform root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and communicate insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across our supply chain processes.
• Help reduce food waste while maintaining excellent supplier performance and service levels.

What you'll bring

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or an entry-level role in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing is a plus
• Fluency in both German and English (minimum B2 level), as you'll communicate daily with suppliers and internal stakeholders in both languages.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage challenging supplier conversations professionally and assertively.
• A structured way of working with the ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• An analytical mindset with  experience using Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with ERP, WMS, or BI tools is an advantage.

Good to know

• This is a fully onsite position at our production site. Remote work is not available for this role.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required is essential.
