Reporting to the Sr Director, Talent Acquisition, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. This US-focused position will partner with hiring managers across the business while developing expertise in talent attraction, candidate experience, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition team that serves as a trusted partner to the business while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will help identify, attract, and hire top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Your Impact
- Listen to and collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs and requirements.
- Work with hiring managers to understand the business drivers that lead to an open position.
- Effectively set and manage timing expectations with transparency for both managers and candidates.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Help design interview processes that ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Deliver timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer coordination and onboarding activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report applicant flow and recruiting metrics.
- Help attract top talent by serving as a positive ambassador for HealthEdge and contributing to our employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, referrals, social media engagement, and recruitment events.
- Create a positive candidate experience that reflects HealthEdge's culture and values throughout the hiring process.
- Must have the ability to maintain multiple roles (8+) with high efficiency and uncompromised quality.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or related experience.
- Experience supporting recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and candidate management.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles is preferred but not required.
- High level of comfort with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
