This is a great opportunity to work on the cutting edge of Generative AI technology with an experienced and proven team as well as with enterprise customers on real enterprise use cases. Position overviewAs the first solutions engineer at BREV/ΛN you will be responsible for showcasing the product to customers and crafting demos relevant to the customer’s context. You will help shape the product through your feedback using and building with the product.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer pre-sales demosSetup BREV/ΛN Agents with applications and integrations for use cases relevant to the specific customer Setup sample datasets and workflows specific to each use case Record demo videos to post on social media Product delivery post salesGuide customers through their first setupBuild and maintain any glue code between BREV/ΛN and other applications Weekly check ins with customersGrow usage by identifying new use cases and opportunitiesTesting and feedbackTest the features of the product as they are released in devWork closely with product teams to provide feedback from testing and demosBuild agents that we can use at BREVIANHelp develop documentation and templates specific to features and use casesQualifications4+ years of experience where you have been accountable for technical project / program delivery within the domain of Data / AIExperience working with LLMs is a plusExperience with integrating data and applicationsExperience working on AWSExperience with prompting techniques and working with prompt chainsProgramming experience in PythonExperience in a customer-facing pre-sales / technical architecture /  customer success, or consulting roleTechnical project management including account, stakeholder and resource management accountabilityApply nowCustomer SupportSunnyvale, CAShare on:Apply nowTerms of servicePrivacyCookiesPowered by Rippling
