Pharmacovigilance Manager

Join IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team and lead a growing Pharmacovigilance function supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PV professional to combine people leadership, client partnership and operational oversight in a highly visible role.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team, providing coaching, mentoring and day-to-day management
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities
  • Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects
  • Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across PV processes
  • Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities
  • Contribute to quality management, process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
  • Support business growth through client relationship management and proposal activities
  • Deliver PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within a CRO, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
  • Previous people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes
  • Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and lead teams in a dynamic environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 53 200,00 € - 79 800,00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
