As a Business Development Manager - Poland, you’ll support the full customer lifecycle - from lead qualification and proposal preparation to contract signing and go-live.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.Location: Warsaw, PolandEmployment Type: Full-Time, indefinite termSalary-Range: 156,000 - 225,000 Polish zloty annual salary, depending on seniority and expertise; Commerical Bonus : 40,000 Polish zlotyWorking Mode: Office first set-up with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Europe and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)Language Requirement: Fluent Polish, English C1Your ResponsibilitiesOwn early-funnel sales: identify, qualify and track new leads together with the Polish sales team, ensuring that opportunities are properly documented, prioritised and followed up.Conduct opportunity qualification and pre-sales activities: assess early-stage customer opportunities, understand customer needs, clarify commercial potential and support the preparation of next steps in the sales process.Prepare high-quality customer and offer materials: create customer presentations, offers, tender documents and other commercial materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, with a strong focus on clarity, structure and professional appearance.Coordinate tender submissions: support the preparation of tender responses, ensuring that all required commercial, technical and legal input is collected, structured and submitted on time.Support customer engagement: participate in customer meetings, prepare follow-ups, document customer requirements and help senior colleagues move opportunities forward.Build market and product expertise: continuously learn about Entrix’s offering, the Polish battery storage landscape, our market positioning, competition and evolving customer needs.Contribute to sales operations excellence: support improvements in CRM workflows, lead tracking, documentation standards and internal handover processes, while actively tracking your own development with coaching from senior team members.Your ProfileMandatory Requirements2+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, key account management, project development, energy, renewables, infrastructure, consulting, SaaS or another commercially oriented role.Strong commercial curiosity and motivation to understand customers, qualify opportunities and contribute to business growth.Ability to understand complex products and translate them into clear, customer-oriented messages, presentations and offer materials.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality customer-facing materials in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.Structured and reliable working style, with strong ownership of tasks, follow-ups, deadlines and CRM documentation.Strong willingness to learn about battery energy storage, energy trading, route-to-market models and the Polish flexibility market.Native Polish and full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.Skills to Set You ApartExperience in the energy sector, especially in renewable energy, BESS, PV, wind, PPAs, energy trading, flexibility, route-to-market services or infrastructure projects.Existing understanding of the Polish energy market or a strong motivation to develop expertise in this area quickly.Familiarity with Polish electricity market mechanisms, such as Day-Ahead, Intraday, balancing market, capacity market, ancillary services or DSO/TSO-related processes.Experience with tender processes, proposal management, commercial documentation or coordinating customer submissions.Experience working with CRM systems...
