OverviewInabia is seeking a QA/Test Analyst with deep banking and TSYS expertise to join a fast-paced delivery team based in Chicago, Illinois. This is a fully onsite role (5 days per week) focused on validating card and payment functionality across complex processor integrations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on TSYS platform experience and a strong command of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesExecute hands-on testing for TSYS-related enhancements, defect fixes, and new integrationsPerform functional, end-to-end, and regression testing across card and payment workflowsValidate transaction lifecycle scenarios including authorizations, clearing and settlement, postings, fees, disputes, chargebacks, and reconciliationDocument test results thoroughly and log defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidencePartner with business and technology stakeholders to confirm requirements and expected system outcomesContribute to test planning and ensure coverage aligns with acceptance criteriaKey QualificationsStrong domain experience in banking, cards, and paymentsProven hands-on TSYS testing experience (platform-level and/or integration testing)Ability to validate complex transaction lifecycle scenarios end to endComfortable working at pace in an agile or fast-moving delivery environmentMust be available to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois 5 days per weekPreferred QualificationsExperience with defect tracking and test management toolsFamiliarity with processor integration testing methodologiesPrior exposure to reconciliation and dispute/chargeback workflows
