- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud adoption and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security architecture integrates seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of security controls implementation and management in cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks related to identity and access management.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices in cloud operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
