About the Client

A leading global digital banking platform and one of the largest neobank in Latin America, headquartered in Brazil. The company provides a mobile-first suite of financial services—including credit cards, savings accounts, and investments—designed to eliminate bureaucracy and high fees. By leveraging advanced data analytics and a customer-centric digital infrastructure, the organization delivers transparent and accessible financial solutions to millions of users across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable React components and Design System assets.
• Build higher-order UI components, page templates, dashboards, forms, navigation systems, and global application layouts.
• Define component APIs, standards, properties, and best practices to ensure consistency across multiple products.
• Collaborate closely with UX and Product Design teams to translate designs into scalable frontend architecture.
• Review, refactor, and productionize AI-generated or prototype code, ensuring maintainability, accessibility, performance, and reliability.
• Implement packaging, versioning, release management, and CI/CD pipelines for Design System distribution.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for engineers and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) standards, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop automated testing strategies including visual regression and snapshot testing.
• Drive frontend engineering best practices, mentoring peers and raising the overall quality bar across teams.

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience developing applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend architecture and component-based development.
• Proven experience building, maintaining, or scaling Design Systems and component libraries.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, layout techniques, and browser rendering.
• Experience publishing reusable packages and managing versioning and release processes.
• Strong understanding of component composition and abstraction patterns.
• Experience implementing accessibility best practices (WCAG), keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
• Ability to transform prototype or AI-generated code into scalable, production-quality solutions.
• Experience with UI testing methodologies, including visual regression and snapshot testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with monorepo tooling such as Turborepo or Nx.
• Experience with modern build tools including Vite.
• Familiarity with Ant Design or similar enterprise UI frameworks.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or v0.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise-scale product environments.

English level

Intermediate English proficiency (B1+) or higher.
