The Opportunity- 6 month contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator – Time Capture Support  to join our growing Support Services Hub team. Reporting to the Time Capture Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating and processing workforce timesheet information to support accurate payroll outcomes across multiple operational sites.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll administration, workforce management or timesheet processing experience who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness prior to payroll processing.
  • Monitor timesheet submissions and approvals to ensure compliance with payroll deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies including missing approvals, incorrect hours, cost allocations and incomplete entries.
  • Liaise with Site Coordinators, supervisors and operational teams to resolve time capture issues.
  • Support payroll processing activities through Kronos and other workforce management systems.
  • Manage timesheet and payroll administration requests through ServiceNow, ensuring requests are tracked and resolved within agreed service levels.
  • Assist with payroll-related enquiries and investigate payroll exceptions relating to timesheet data.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance timesheet accuracy, reporting and workforce administration processes.
  • Support the effective use of workforce systems including WebTimes, Kronos and related platforms.

 

About You

You are highly organised, process-driven and enjoy working with data. You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring accuracy while delivering excellent stakeholder service.

 

You will bring:

  • Experience in payroll administration, workforce administration or time capture support roles.
  • Experience working with employee timesheets, payroll inputs and data validation processes.
  • Exposure to workforce management and payroll systems such as Kronos, WebTimes or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and payroll deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ticketing or workflow systems such as ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
