You will be responsible for running Taptap Send’s market expansion efforts at every stage, from brainstorming to launch.This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who can combine market insight, commercial judgment, and execution speed to move from initial opportunity mapping through to launch. You will operate as the end-to-end owner of partnership development — shaping market entry strategy, building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving execution across multiple markets simultaneously.You’ll work closely with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure opportunities translate into real launches — bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to complex, fast-moving workstreams. This role will involve frequent travel.Responsibilities Own end-to-end partnership development globally, with a focus on Greater China and East Asia corridors — from opportunity identification through to launchIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize new markets, partners, and expansion opportunities based on commercial impact and feasibilitySource, structure, negotiate, and execute partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and ecosystem playersBuild and maintain strong relationships with global partners, navigating local business practices and regulatory environmentsDrive multiple workstreams in parallel (market research, partner outreach, deal execution) to accelerate time-to-launchIdentify risks early across regulatory, commercial, and operational dimensions, and take pragmatic action to keep progress on trackAct as a trusted execution partner to leadership, turning strategic priorities into concrete actions and driving momentum with partners Requirements5–10 years of experience in consulting or high-growth startups, ideally in business development, partnerships, strategy or market expansion rolesStrong experience working in or with East Asia markets, particularly China ecosystemsStrong commercial judgment, with the ability to assess trade-offs across speed, economics, regulatory constraints, and long-term strategic valueHighly autonomous and comfortable operating as a self-starter in unstructured, zero-to-one environmentsExcellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across cultures...
