You will diagnose, repair, test and maintain e-bikes and their components, ensuring that our riders can rely on their vehicles every day.Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing and repairing e-bikes and related componentsTroubleshooting electrical systems, motors, controllers and batteriesPerforming maintenance, inspections and quality checksReplacing and testing mechanical and electrical partsDocumenting service and repair activitiesSupporting continuous improvement of workshop processes and technical standardsWorking closely with operations and logistics teams to maximize fleet availabilityYour skills and qualificationsExperience in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or another technical fieldAbility to diagnose and solve technical issues independentlyStrong hands-on and practical mindsetWillingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in e-bikes and battery systemsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsNice to haveExperience servicing bicycles, e-bikes, scooters or battery-powered devicesTechnical education or vocational trainingBasic knowledge of electronics and lithium-ion battery systemsExperience working in workshops, maintenance departments or manufacturing environmentsWhat you can expect from usCompetitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceComprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare (Medicover) and Medicover SportStable employment in a fast-growing company within the e-mobility sectorA structured workshop environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiencyOpportunities to learn and develop your skills in e-bike systems, diagnostics, and repair processesA supportive, international team environment where practical knowledge sharing is valuedDiversityCYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
