Credence has an immediate need for a Research/Capture Analyst. We seek a highly-motivated, detail-oriented individual to conduct a variety of research, analysis, teaming, and relationship-building/networking assignments in support of Credence’s Business Development (BD) and Capture efforts, and also to support or lead AI workflow development and integration of AI capabilities to drive efficiency across the BD/capture process. We are looking for self-motivating employees who aim to eventually grow to be proficient in, and eventually lead, all aspects of the capture lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team with a dynamic workload. There is ample room for rapid advancement in multiple functions within the larger Proposal/Capture/BD team, to include capture management, proposal support and management, and proposal pricing.

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze data on new work opportunities using various tools, track capture opportunities across various government systems, and compile information in an easy-to-absorb manner. Present results to team and then work with Capture Managers to plan and execute a teaming strategy.
- Support Capture Managers with research, project organization and tracking, and assignment documentation and management.
- Communicate and coordinate with teaming partners; participate in teaming, pricing, proposal, and negotiation meetings in a support role.
- Lead Request for Information (RFI) written submissions to the government to support various capture efforts.
- Responsible for ongoing assessment and solutioning of AI and other tools; develop, test, and continuously improve AI agents, prompts, and AI-enabled workflows that enhance BD and capture operations.
- Potential to multi-task on assignments in support of the larger Proposal/Capture/BD team, to include proposals development (copy editing, drafting/writing, reviewing, and supporting proposals), recruiting, proposal pricing, and marketing and social media efforts.
Requirements
The Research/Capture Analyst will be responsible for working collaboratively with Credence team members on a variety of tasks and should possess the following skills:
- We are looking for a range of experience levels, ranging from recent graduates with professional internship experience, to professionals with 1-3 years of experience in the workforce, either in a related or adjacent field
- Must have an excellent attention to detail
- Must excel in performing research and analysis
- Must have the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
- Must have a strong interest in emerging technologies and a desire to continuously learn how Credence’s technology solutions can solve complex government mission challenges
- Should have demonstrated proficiency with modern generative AI tools, with the ability to rapidly learn and adopt new capabilities
- Should have interest in learning myriad skills; enthusiasm and motivation to grow quickly in an organization
- Must have excellent communication skills (written, verbal and oral)
- Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools, along with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- US Citizenship required
Salary Range: $45,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
