Analyst, Legal Collections, CB Credit, Risk Management Group

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage litigation matters relating to NPLs and delinquent retail banking accounts.

• Handle legal recovery procedures, including:

  Preparation and filing of payment orders, civil litigation actions, and compulsory enforcement proceedings.

  Management of rehabilitation, liquidation, and bankruptcy cases.

  Preparation of responses to court correspondence, monitoring litigation progress, and ensuring timely follow-up of legal proceedings.

  Handling legal administrative matters and documentation.

  Preparation and management of legal reports and related management information.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of typing at least 50 words per minute.

Bachelor's degree in Law; candidates with more than three years of legal experience are preferred.

Prior experience in debt recovery, collections, or legal enforcement within the banking industry is highly preferred.
