Job Description
How will you make an impact?
Design, automate, and run QA workflows — sampling, metrics, quality dashboards, and throughput reporting — so we can measure quality in numbers for all our projects.
Support in building and maintaining labelling interfaces in Label Studio when needed: configure new projects, refine layouts, and make annotation faster, specific and less error-prone.
Write clear, testable annotation guidelines for new projects, and keep the growing library of guidelines and project docs organised and current.
Source, onboard and coordinate our freelance annotators alongside the AI Annotations Lead: track deadlines, chase deliverables, answer their questions, and keep projects moving.
When needed, turn annotation output and project data into simple, decision-useful summaries for the Lead or stakeholders.
Support the area on data analysis and reporting: the quantitative side of how we track project health and quality.
Participating in the design of programs to validate quality of AI systems.
Qualifications
What will help you thrive?
Comfort working with data: you can build a spreadsheet model, calculate and interpret quality or agreement metrics, and are eager to (or already do) use light Python / pandas to automate checks.
Strong written communication and structured thinking, essential for writing guidelines that annotators actually follow.
Proven follow-through coordinating people or projects to deadlines (freelancers, vendors, crossfunctional partners, or similar).
Self-directed: you can own an area and run it largely independently.
Fluent English, plus working fluency in at least one of: Italian, Portuguese or Polish.
