The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Siemens Mendix environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt testing approaches to evolving project requirements.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
