Job Summary
The Recruitment Operations Specialist supports Agency Recruitment Operations by managing recruitment data, preparing reports and dashboards and monitoring recruitment funnel performance
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Data Analysis and Reporting
Monitor recruitment funnel performance across recruitment channels and campaigns
Prepare recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track key recruitment metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, onboarding progress, and recruiter productivity
Monitor candidate movement across the recruitment funnel and identify candidate drop-off points and engagement opportunities
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and performance updates
Assist in maintaining automated reporting tools and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency
Stakeholder Support and Collaboration
Provide data, reports, and analytical support for recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and business reviews
Support business discussions by providing relevant recruitment and operational performance data
Data Management and Quality Assurance
Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of recruitment-related data and reports
Perform regular data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy
Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance and reporting standards
Document reporting processes, report definitions, and data requirements
Process Improvement and Project Support
Support recruitment operations projects and process improvement initiatives
Participate in the enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and recruitment tracking mechanisms
Recruitment Systems and Analytics Support
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reporting databases, and tracking tools
Utilize available analytical tools and techniques to support recruitment performance analysis
Compliance
Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s or College Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
Advance proficiency in tools such as Excel, MS SQL Server, Tableau/Power BI, and Python/R.
Experience with CRM or ATS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
Knowledge of life insurance distribution channels and agent lifecycle.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of recruitment KPIs and funnel metrics.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Project management and multitasking ability
At least two (2) years of experience in data analytics ideally in a role within the insurance, financial services, or sales recruitment industry
