The Role
Your Role:
As an SAP HR professional , you will drive the functional configuration and ongoing support of SAP HCM modules, with an emphasis on Employee Data and Talent Management. You will translate end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes into optimized SAP functional designs within S/4HANA environments while ensuring data integrity and resolving complex system issues. Working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will optimize talent workflows and maintain strict adherence to ITSM processes and service level agreements.
What you will do:
Configure Core HR Modules: Lead the end-to-end technical configuration and functional support of SAP HR modules, focusing specifically on Employee Data management.
Optimize Talent Workflows: Manage, refine, and support modern Performance and Talent Management modules to streamline employee career and talent development.
Map Hire-to-Retire Processes: Analyze and translate complex corporate "Hire-to-Retire" business workflows into clean, functional SAP designs and system configurations.
Ensure Data Integrity: Manage day-to-day HR master data troubleshooting to maintain absolute data integrity and consistency for global employee records.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner closely with corporate business leaders and HR teams to optimize performance tracking tools and talent workflows.
Enforce SLA Compliance: Provide dedicated functional support during core business hours, ensuring strict adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Align with ITSM Processes: Execute support operations in strict alignment with enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, change management, and ticketing protocols.
Resolve Functional Incidents: Troubleshoot and root-cause complex master data defects, data sync issues, and system bugs across interconnected HR platforms.

Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience with SAP HR / HCM and S/4HANA environments.
Strong functional knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Talent modules.
Experience in global enterprise environments with a focus on cross-module integration.
Ability to perform functional debugging and resolve complex HR business process issues.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Master Degree & any relevant certification
