About the Role
As Sales Operations Senior Director, you'll ensure leadership can make sound, fact-based decisions as a strategic business adviser to the global sales organisation. You'll develop reporting and analysis packages, lead the quota-setting and compensation components of annual planning, and support the sales department's day-to-day needs and broader revenue initiatives.
This is a strategic role that demands excellent interpersonal skills, comfort navigating complicated, open-ended situations, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You'll act as a trusted adviser, data manager, and owner of the back-end processes that make our go-to-market seamless.
A typical day will include…
Architecting and driving business transformation initiatives to optimise the global sales engine and maximise revenue growth as we scale
Shaping and refining the global go-to-market strategy in partnership with executive leadership
Owning our go-to-market tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, CPQ, sales engagement and enablement tools) and shaping how the team uses AI to work more efficiently
Influencing executive stakeholders through data storytelling and evidence-based recommendations to guide corporate investment and strategy
Evaluating and evolving how the Sales Operations team itself is structured and resourced to best serve the business
Spearheading global annual planning, including complex quota-setting, territory design and compensation philosophies that drive high performance
Directing cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT to create a frictionless lead-to-cash lifecycle
Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing, geographically dispersed global team
This role is a fit for you if…
You have 10+ years of leadership experience within Sales Operations, ideally within a fast-growing High-Tech or SaaS business (staffing sector experience also considered)
You have strong executive presence and can confidently present to and influence C-suite stakeholders
You're not afraid to challenge senior stakeholders and hold your own - you bring a point of view rather than just executing what you're asked
You're happy to get hands-on and lead by example, not just operate at a strategic distance
You have extensive experience leading complex organisational change and large-scale business transformations
You are a seasoned cross-functional leader, able to drive alignment and results across global, matrixed organisations
You have a demonstrated ability to build, scale and mentor high-performing teams
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
The annual base salary range for this position is $210,000 - $230,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus & a comprehensive benefits package.
