Execute operational processes supporting AI Partner Customers and Custom Cloud motions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Manage and help resolve pre- and post-sales escalations by coordinating with stakeholders Follow established processes to ensure consistent and compliant transaction execution Identify and surface process gaps or inefficiencies based on day-to-day execution Document workflows, known issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing Apply compliance controls within all transactional activities Utilize reporting and basic analytics to track and manage transactional performance Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience executing controls or managing programs subject to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements. Experience working in a high-volume, execution-focused environment Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability 3+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or related roles Experience supporting or executing transactional or operational processes Basic financial acumen with the ability to understand transaction impacts Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn cloud transactional processes and systems Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams Familiarity or exposure to AI-enabled tools or process enhancements Deep attention to detail and ability to execute consistently within defined processes Basic experience with data tools or querying (e.g., SQL, KQL) is a plus
