1.    Overall management of the Loss Prevention Department and it’s functions.

2.    Co-ordinate implement and monitor loss control procedures throughout the hotel.

3.    Training all Loss Prevention Supervisor and Officers.

4.    Conduct regular inspections throughout the hotel and report findings to the Executive Committee and relevant Department Heads.

5.    Prepare regular security reports for hotel management.
6.    Document security incidents, investigations, and resolutions.

7.    Liaise good relationship will locally police and Fire Fighter.

8.    Establish and maintain goals and objectives for the Security Fire Prevention and Safety program.

9.    Prepare reports recommendations and surveys in a timely manner or security fire prevention and safety program for hotel use.

10.    Co-ordinate and monitor the Hotel’s Key Control Procedures and system.

11.    Implement personal development program for members of the Loss Prevention Department coordinated through the Training Manager.

12.    Conduct generic training for departments, i.e. fire prevention, CPR, security awareness, safety awareness and safety committee.

13.    Investigate all incidents or complaints and report to Executive Assistant Manager.

14.    Participate as an active member of the safety committees.

15.    Prepare cost effective and efficient rosters.

16.    Undertake Loss Prevention Officer duties, if needed.

17.    Undertake other duties/tasks as directed.

18.    Ensure that Safety program are observed, maintained and enforced.
