Temporary Sales Assistant (Part -Time)
The Sales Assistant conducts preliminary research on the availability of airtime and advertising space in local markets, including rates, timeslots/pages, and other relevant factors for advertising on specific stations. This role works closely with vendors and prepares various documents related to media buying for a range of clients.
The Sales Assistant is involved from start to finish in all aspects of acquiring and maintaining media inventory. This position also plays a key role in developing reports and processes to improve departmental workflow and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tracking reports
- Secure and reconcile all station pre- and post-log reports
- Request and monitor all owed make-good spots
- Assist Media Buyers with inputting and maintaining station orders
- Update and maintain departmental Operations Handbook and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned

The base hourly compensation for this role is $21.00 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
