Job Description

A shift-6:00AM-6:00PM

PCP Level 3

Deliverables

  • Raw and finished material transactions with proper documentation of required data to guide logistics, quality, production and finance systems.   

  • Compliance to production reporting guidelines with MES users. 

  • Proper documentation and packaging of finished goods. 

 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for the MES transactional process for SCF or Rubber Parts. 

  • Monitor MES / SAP inventory for discrepancies. 

  • Support resolution of MES / SAP discrepancies. 

  • Use approved methods of obtaining materials, ensuring that correct materials are supplied. 

  •  Move finished goods to the warehouse.   

  • Oversee nonconforming material issues to ensure appropriate removal from manufacturing area and execution of appropriate transactions.  

  • Support knowledge of production reporting guidelines with MES users. 

  • Participate in periodic inventory verifications. 

  • Cross training on one or more operations within SCF (Windows, SCF, Casepack) or Rubber Parts (Stoppers, Casepack, Baders, Sortimats) to support MES transactions and production needs.   

  • Other duties as required to support the needs of the business. 

Minimum Education: 

This position has the following educational requirements: 

  • H.S, Diploma/GED  

Minimum Experience: 

  • 2 years manufacturing experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED 

  • 2 years related manufacturing experience. 

  • SCF, Rubber Parts or Case Pack process knowledge preferred.   

  • MES & SAP experience preferred 

Supervision:

This position does not supervise any associate at any level.
