We are seeking a meticulous HR Operations Specialist to assist with daily human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records and facilitating HR processes efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee information within HR systems.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Generate and manage reports using Excel.
  • Provide support for general HR administrative duties
  • Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas and data management
  • Experience with government-related platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
