Job Description
Our Credit Management Team fosters a collaborative, innovative, and technology-driven environment where teamwork, continuous improvement, and new ideas drive success. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to key business objectives through effective collections and dispute management. Additionally, you will actively shape the future of Credit Management through automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation initiatives.
You will work in a hybrid model from our Katowice office and report directly to the Credit Management Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections activities and account reconciliation for assigned EMEA customer portfolios.
- Monitor accounts receivable, identify disputes, process clearings, and oversee offsetting of credits and debits.
- Provide high-quality customer service related to outstanding balances, payment inquiries, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Service, Finance, and other business functions to resolve customer issues and support business goals.
- Analyze aged receivables, classify overdue accounts, and prepare reporting for management.
- Identify potentially uncollectible accounts and support bad debt reserve reviews.
- Leverage automation tools, digital platforms, AI-powered solutions, and advanced analytics to optimize collections activities and improve decision-making.
- Work with technologies such as BOTs, AI Agents, and other intelligent automation tools to streamline daily operations and enhance productivity.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on automation, AI implementation, and digital transformation.
- Contribute to the design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions supporting Credit Management processes.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual activities, improve customer experience, increase process efficiency, and drive operational excellence through innovative technologies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Build effective relationships across international teams and contribute to achieving team objectives and strategic priorities.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 2+ years of experience in Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Credit Management, or a related area.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Working knowledge of Excel and SAP.
- Openness to learning and applying new technologies, automation tools, and AI solutions in daily work.
- Experience with SAP ECC, automation tools or AI-powered applications.
- Previous involvement in process improvement, continuous improvement, Lean, automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Interest in emerging technologies and innovative finance solutions.
