Description
This position will report to the ATS Director and will be responsible for the direction, safe operation, compliance, quality delivery and profitability of the assigned task orders.
Manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Responsible for the delivery of all assigned programs. Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery of current and future Task Orders/Contgracts. Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management. Responsible for managing activities of external consultants and/or vendors. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
Responsibilities

Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management. Responsible for managing activities of external consultants and/or vendors. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies. Typically requires BA and 5-7 years.
- Assist the Director in the execution of daily duties and responsibilities' including but not limited to, coordination/interfacing with customers and management of ATS employees assigned to multiple task orders/contracts.
- Assist in preparing OCONUS Employees Expatriate Assignment Letters, coordinating employee SPOT Forms and LOA Documents, VISA’s, Pass Ports and CRC requirements.
- Assist with the Recruiting, Assessing and Hiring process of various logistic skill sets supporting all SOF GLSS Customers.
- Review and approve Expense Authorizations and Expense Reports and approve posted Requisitions for open positions.
- Develop and Deliver monthly Deliverables and Reports ensuring 100% accuracy of information prior to submission.
- Schedule training for employees as in identified in the customer Task Order.
- ManageTask Oder Schedule, Costs and Performance Data and make recommendations for changes / additions as necessary.
- Assist in developing BOEs of accurately calculating Labor Hours, Costs, ODC Cost and Travel before submitting to Corporate for review and to the Prime for inclusion.
- Assist the Program Management Office HR Administrative Section as required.
- Attend meetings, briefing and conference calls as required in support of our customers.
- Visit customers and employees at the various sites.
Qualifications
- Aviation Management experience (10+years preferred).
- SOF Aviation Maintenance experience (10+ years preferred).
- Secret Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Desired Qualifications:
- SOF-GLSS Experience preferred.
