Position Overview, Duties And Responsibilities:
Crown Holdings is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with Manufacturing experience to join our HR team. In this role, you will attract, source, and hire top talent to support our corporate functions and serve as a go to subject matter expert for all Crown Plant HR Managers across North America. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting expertise, a solid understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring leaders. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, you will help shape Crown’s workforce and contribute to the organization’s continued success. This position requires deep experience with Workday ATS and some high-level understanding of Workday recruiting implementation is highly preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with corporate and plant-level Hiring Managers and Divisional HR Directors to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that attract qualified candidates, support business priorities, and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
Candidate Generation:
Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ATS, to creatively identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates. Develop proactive candidate generation strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and use search tools, market insights, and targeted outreach to connect with qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Selection:
Evaluate resumes, conduct thoughtful pre-screening interviews, and partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews that assess candidate qualifications, alignment with role requirements, and potential to contribute to Crown’s success.
Interview Coordination:
Create a seamless and engaging interview experience by coordinating schedules, keeping candidates and hiring teams informed, and ensuring every interaction reflects Crown’s commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and a positive candidate journey.
Offer Negotiation:
Lead the offer process as a critical, high-impact stage of the recruitment cycle by extending offers, influencing compensation discussions, and guiding candidates through acceptance. This responsibility requires strong judgment, consultative partnership, and skilled negotiation to secure top talent while balancing candidate expectations, business needs, and internal equity.
Onboarding Support:
Partner with Corporate teams and Hiring Managers to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that equips new hires with the resources, information, and support needed to integrate quickly, build confidence, and succeed in their roles.
Qualifications:
In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience Recruiting in Workday ATS required. Experience with a Workday Recruiting module implementation is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, candidate attraction, sourcing using a variety of tools, resume screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans that connect qualified candidates with current and future business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and leaders across the organization.
- Proficiency using recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and HR software tools to manage candidates and improve recruiting efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and use metrics to recommend process improvements.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive business matters, and candidate interactions.
Travel
- Domestic Travel requirements up to 15%

Note:
