The Job

As the Quality Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Distribution Centre Operations team. You’ll get to:

  • Review and investigate all customer claims entered in the Salesforce portal.
  • Update and maintain claims spreadsheets, reports, and related records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support the workload of the cycle counting team as required.
  • Create and deliver training materials for key product and process updates.
  • Provide timely responses to operational queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate orphan stock, missing stock, and other stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct stock investigations in partnership with relevant stakeholders, including NOSIL.
  • Identify root causes of customer claims and partner with stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
  • Continually review policies and processes to drive proactive improvements in order accuracy and quality performance.

You also have:

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Experience in root cause analysis, investigation, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Strong administration and reporting skills, including confidence working with Excel.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage confidential information, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
