Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated GBS People Services Associate – Spanish Speaker to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will support the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, both front & back office.
You will play an important role in HR administration, employee data management, documentation handling, and sick leave process management for Spain. This position is ideal for candidates starting their career in Human Resources and looking to develop expertise in HR systems, data management, process improvement, and stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management
- Manage and validate employee personal data changes within HR systems
- Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed accurately
- Support the complete employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through termination
- Maintain timely and accurate employee records related to lifecycle events, car fleet and time management
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, amendments, certifications, and letters
- Support the maintenance and update of process manuals and operational documentation
- Assist with reporting activities and calculations
Data Quality Assurance
- Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or missing information
- Work with senior team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve overall data quality
Process Improvement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes
- Contribute ideas for operational enhancements and efficiency improvements
Problem Solving & Project Support
- Identify basic process inefficiencies and data issues
- Support HR projects, process transitions, and implementation activities
- Assist with system testing during HR system upgrades and document testing results
Customer Service & Stakeholder Support
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR data and documentation (channels: tickets, phone, chat, email)
- Provide support to HR Business Partners, employees, and external providers
- Contribute to team goals and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Main point of contact for our HR Front Office to support associates based in Spain
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is an advantage
Languages:
- Native communication skills in Spanish
- Good communication skills in English
- Additional foreign language skills are considered a plus
Know-how:
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with administrative systems and software tools
Personality:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a quality-driven approach
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within HR Operations
