There are two openings for this position, both supporting the Surveillance & Targeting Business Unit.  These are hybrid positions and will require on-site presence in Linthicum, MD.Roles and Responsibilities:Active RF OU Supply Chain Planner (1 opening)Define and develop material strategy; aggregate and prioritize demand requirements; Analyze lead times and identify critical path procurementResponsible for the assessment of supply resources; plan inventory, distribution requirements, production, material and rough-cut capacity for all productsAnalyze purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) toolsPlan inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements; Create/reduce supply requirements based on inventory adjustmentsParticipate in long-term capacity and resource planning to ensure proper scheduling of new product line phase-ins as well as existing product line phase-outsCreate/release requisitions; Receive/review requirements for non-standard partsSupplier Management & Capital/IRAD Supply Chain Planner (1 opening)Manage a set of critical suppliers to drive on-time delivery of high-quality productsPerform Open Order Report (OOR) management to include dock dates, need dates, contract dates using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) toolsDevelop strong supplier relationships and lead supplier issue management, prioritization, expediting to support S&T program needsProvide regular feedback through Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs), quarterly supplier assessments (SAMS), and creation of Supplier Performance Management Plans (SPRMs)Define and develop material strategy; aggregate and prioritize demand requirements; analyze lead times and identify critical path procurement for IRAD/NCTA/Capital projectsCreate/release requisitions; receive/review requirements for non-standard partsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, contracts, business, or project management. Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, contracts, business, or project management.Proficiency in MS Office suite and SAPAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance Preferred Qualifications: TS/SCI clearanceProfessional experience in a regulated industry; to include Aerospace & Defense, Insurance, Financial Services, TelecommunicationsExperience working in an engineering environmentKnowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements
