Record to Report Specialist II
- Prepare and post Manual Journal Entries as requested.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly accruals.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Ensure targets and expected deliverables are met according to the SLA guidelines
- Carry out a knowledge transfer process
- Identify potential areas for process improvements and highlight to Supervisors and Continuous Improvement Team towards standardization and optimization of processes
- Support internal and external audit processes collaborating with the supervision of the area to meet deliverables and address explanations
- Participate in the reporting process of financial statements in a monthly basis (if corresponds).
- Develop analysis and information as requested by the Business Units.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Advanced university student in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- More than 2 years of experience in General Accounting.
- Experience working in Shared Services environments is required.
- Knowledge and experience in financial and administrative (accounting) processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge and proven experience implementing Continuous Improvement projects across accounting processes, with the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Project Management tools.
- Intermediate English level (B2).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Hyperion or other FS reporting and consolidation system is also preferred.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge in Accruals.
- Certifications and/or courses in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Agile Methodologies, such as Yellow or Green Belt, PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent.
