As a Finance and Reporting Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the GL & Reporting team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of accounting and financial reporting processes. You will ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate guidelines, and internal controls while driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of the team.

How you create impact

• Supervise the daily activities of the Accounting and Reporting team.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closings are completed within corporate deadlines.
• Review and validate journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Coordinate financial audits and prepare financial statements.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Lead team training, development, and engagement activities.Maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within multinational environments, including experience leading teams and coordinating audits.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
