Expected pay for this position is $31.19 - $36.69/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of their designated teams at OSF Facilities. They ensure work is completed in a professional manner, in accordance with established standards and project specifications, and compliant with relevant safety and healthcare codes and regulations. The Facilities Project Lead is critical to successful project completion meeting schedules and within budget.
*Occasional travel to OSF/Pointcore facilities*
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years of experience in maintenance or construction.
Other Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Vast knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Understand safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and healthcare facility compliance standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical/vocational training in a related field.
