Sr. Manager, Global Quality & Food Safety (QFS) Auditor – LATAM

We are looking for an experienced Quality and Food Safety professional to join our Technical Global Audit Organization (GAO) as a Global Quality & Food Safety Auditor. This role presents a unique opportunity for those seeking to transition to one of the world's largest and most successful beverage companies. This role provides a sure-footed entry into the Coca-Cola system and a chance to broaden your international exposure and business acumen while developing technical leadership skills. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in driving exceptional quality performance, continuous improvement, and Company Standards compliance within a global food manufacturing organization. For this open position we are targeting candidates based in Mexico City (strongly preferred) or any major city in LATAM with a Company office and good flight conditions within LATAM and beyond.
What You'll Do for Us :
· Prepare and execute independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling operations to verify conformance to our Quality & Food Safety requirements.
· Leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills, to promptly identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance.
· Prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans.
· Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organization's value proposition and performance.
· Participate in the review, development, and enhancement of our company standards, policies, and procedures.
· Travelling, as the role implies +50% of the time domestically and internationally.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, engineering, or related technical field.
· 5+ years of experience in an operational Quality & Food Safety role within a leading food manufacturing operation.
· Proven track record of driving quality performance and continuous improvement.
· Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
· ISO 9001 or FSSC -22000 / ISO -22000 /HACCP Lead Auditor Certifications are desirable.
