Insight Generation & Opportunity IdentificationLead structured market discovery and insight generation across AMEALead deep-dive ecosystem interviews (brands, converters, retailers, regulators, etc.)Identify unmet and unarticulated needs across key segments and industriesTranslate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear opportunity areas 2. Innovation Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and manage a robust innovation funnel aligned with AMEA strategic prioritiesEvaluate opportunities using structured frameworks (market attractiveness, feasibility, ROI)Drive concept development from idea to validated business casePartner with regional and global teams to align innovation priorities 3. End-to-End Project ManagementLead cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to commercializationTrack progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timelines and outcomes are met 4. Strategic Evaluation & Thought LeadershipOwn the process of identifying whitespace opportunities in the systemDevelop strategic recommendations for growth across segments and geographiesSupport leadership with data-backed insights and strategic narrativesBring external perspectives, trends, and best practices into the organization5.
