We are seeking an experiencedย Technology Principal, Medical & Operationsย to lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across medical and operational functions. This role is responsible for aligning technology capabilities with business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strongย Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Strategyย expertise with an understanding of enterprise operations. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define technology roadmaps, and implement solutions that improve processes, data visibility, collaboration, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with medical and operational business objectives.
- Define and maintain technology roadmaps supporting digital transformation and long-term growth.
- Evaluate existing applications, infrastructure, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Leadย digital transformationย initiatives focused on process automation, operational efficiency, and improved user experiences.
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and introduce scalable technology solutions.
- Partner with medical and operations leadership to understand business challenges and translate them into technology requirements.
- Drive integration of business applications, platforms, data systems, and operational tools.
- Evaluate technology solutions and recommend platforms, architectures, and implementation approaches.
- Establish IT strategies that improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional technology projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
- Develop business cases and technology investment recommendations based on business value and expected outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational workflows.
- Support data-driven decision-making through improved reporting, analytics, and system integration.
- Establish technology governance, standards, and best practices across relevant functions.
- Monitor technology performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and expected business outcomes.
- Communicate technology strategies, priorities, and transformation progress to senior leadership.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experienceย in technology strategy, IT consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise inย Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Strategy.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.
