UX/UI Designer (Figma, Product Design & User Experience) – Remote | U.S. Hours
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours
About the Role
At Pavago, we’re hiring a UX/UI Designer for one of our clients to design intuitive, visually polished, and high-performing digital experiences across web and mobile products.
This is not simply a visual design role. You’ll own the design process from user research and UX strategy through wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, design systems, and developer handoff.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and leadership to understand user problems and translate them into digital experiences that are easy to use, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
If you combine strong UX thinking with polished UI execution and enjoy solving real product problems through design, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Identify user needs, pain points, and friction across digital experiences.
- Translate research into:

- Use behavioral and analytics tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, and Google Analytics to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend UX improvements based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Wireframing & Prototyping
- Create low-fidelity wireframes to validate concepts and workflows.
- Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder review.
- Develop high-fidelity product mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Rapidly iterate based on user testing, stakeholder feedback, and QA findings.
- Clearly communicate interaction patterns and intended product behavior.
UI & Product Design
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Create responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Balance usability, aesthetics, accessibility, and business objectives.

- Product Managers
- Developers
- QA
- Leadership
- Participate in sprint planning, product discussions, and feature prioritization.

- Provide clear specifications, assets, and interaction documentation.
- Review implemented designs and help resolve inconsistencies before release.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- You think about user journeys and product problems, not just individual screens.
