Senior Manager - Accounts Receivable (Deep expertise across O2C value chain)

Competencies: 

• Deep expertise across O2C value chain (Order Management, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Disputes, AR Reconciliation, and Reporting) and translate operational capability into scalable outsourcing solutions, SLAs, and commercial proposals.
• Knowledge of PTP, R2R, FP&A, Tax, Treasury & Payroll is an added advantage
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change and deliver the business expectation
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new methodologies, frameworks and tools
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exposure to transition planning, FTE estimation and transition planning
• Experience in supporting deal management in a BPO environment is a big plus

 

• Experienced Order to Cash (O2C) expert with strong exposure to end-to-end AR operations and outsourcing solution design. 
• Lead RFI/RFP responses, solutioning, and pre-sales support while partnering closely with other stakeholders 
• Lead end-to-end preparation of RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses for O2C scope.
• Design end-to-end O2C operating models for outsourcing deals.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into process design, operating models, and SLAs.
• Develop solution narratives, process flows, governance models, and KPI frameworks.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals aligned with bid deadlines.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders (Finance, Delivery, Transition, Legal, Pricing).
• Provide detailed solution write-ups covering operational model, FTE estimation, automation opportunities, and transition approach.
• Ensure alignment between proposed O2C solution and real delivery capabilities
• Support pricing models, effort estimation, and assumptions for O2C scope.
