What You Can Expect

The Finance Senior Analyst will develop and improve data, reporting, automation, and analytics solutions that support global Finance and FP&A processes.

The position combines financial knowledge, advanced data analytics, and project execution to transform business requirements into scalable, reliable, and well-documented solutions.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical solutions in Power BI.
• Build advanced SQL queries and data transformation processes using Snowflake and other data platforms.
• Create financial models, reconciliations, controls, and ad hoc analyses using Excel.
• Support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
• Manage data, reporting, automation, integration, and migration projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve existing processes.
• Validate and reconcile information across SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Hyperion, and other corporate systems.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, traceability, and performance across large datasets.
• Develop mappings, business rules, data-quality controls, and exception reports.
• Document data sources, transformations, dependencies, controls, and refresh processes.
• Collaborate with global Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data Engineering teams.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, Business Intelligence, data analytics, financial reporting, or a related area.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, financial modeling, data analysis, and management of large datasets.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development, performance optimization, and Power BI Service.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, data transformations, validation, and query optimization.
• Experience working with SAP and data extracted from ERP systems.

• Experience with Snowflake or another cloud-based data platform.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial statements.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating requirements across different business functions.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with the ability to lead meetings, present analytical results, and communicate effectively with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP financial and operational data.
• Knowledge of Hyperion or another financial planning and consolidation platform.
• Experience with inventory, costing, E&O, reserves, financial reconciliations, or supply chain finance.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power Platform, RPA, artificial intelligence, or other automation tools.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and large-scale data environments.
• Experience in a medical device company or a similar regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals.
