This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, performance, reliability, and compliance with engineering standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and qualify electrical and electronic components for new and existing productsConduct testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirementsSupport new product development and engineering change activitiesInvestigate component-related issues and provide technical recommendationsCollaborate with suppliers, engineering teams, and manufacturing teams to support product qualification and implementationPrepare technical documentation, test reports, and engineering recordsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fieldExperience in electrical/electronic component testing, validation, product development, or quality engineering is preferredKnowledge of electrical and electronic components, circuits, and engineering test methodsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsGood command of EnglishCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
