As a TPM + RGM Process & BI Analyst- Experienced Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on pricing strategies and profitability analysis, assessing customer profitability to optimize pricing strategies and maximize customer value.

Responsibilities
Assess current-state trade promotion, rebate, accruals, deductions, claims, reporting and revenue management processes
Define future-state TPM/RGM operating models, business requirements, process controls and performance KPIs
Support design, build and implementation of TPM, RGM and BI solutions aligned to client requirements
Develop analytics and reporting capabilities across promotion planning, trade spend, forecast accuracy, accruals, payments and post-event performance
What You Must Have
MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy/ Analytics from a premier B-School is preferred but not required; in lieu of an MBA, equivalent experience in conjunction with an undergraduate degree in engineering, arts and economics, sciences or business from a Tier 1 college will be preferred
Experience: 2-5 years of prior relevant work experience in a Pricing / Sales/ Analytics Strategy role. Experience in management consulting and exposure to multinational environment will be an added bonus
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and/or knowledge in the following areas:
Trade Promotion Management (TPM): Customer/product master data, funds management, volume planning, promotion planning, trade promotion optimization, accruals, deductions, claims/payments, post-event analytics and reporting.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Net revenue management levers including price-pack architecture, assortment/mix, promotion effectiveness, trade investment optimization, margin waterfall, revenue leakage and customer/channel performance.
Process Design & Business Analysis: As-is/to-be process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories, business rules, controls, KPI definition, testing/UAT support and stakeholder workshops.
BI, Analytics & Implementation: Data quality checks, dashboard/report design, KPI visualization and data-driven insights; experience supporting TPM/RGM implementations from design through testing, deployment and adoption in the consumer markets/CPG space.
What Sets You Apart
Experience in TPM/RGM process transformation, trade promotions excellence, revenue management analytics or BI/reporting, preferably in consumer markets/CPG.
Ability to gather requirements, document as-is/to-be processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Strong analytical skills to collect, validate and interpret sales, volume, trade spend, accruals, deductions, claims, promotion and margin data to identify trends, leakage and performance improvement opportunities.
Understanding of TPM/RGM financial concepts, including trade spend budgets, fund/liability accruals, deductions, claims settlement, gross-to-net/net revenue and margin impact.
Experience researching and analyzing client, industry and technical matters; ability to problem-solve, prioritize and manage multiple tasks for self and team.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Skilled with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to TPM/RGM platforms such as SAP TPM, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Vistex, Anaplan or similar tools is a plus.
Hands-on expertise in BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx. Working knowledge of SQL is preferred; exposure to Python/R is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, trade marketing, finance, revenue management and IT to align processes, data and report outputs.
