We are looking for a talented Product Designer II to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences across a suite of modern products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process for product features, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking, visual design expertise, and product intuition with a passion for solving complex user problems through thoughtful, data-driven design.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Product Design

  • Own the end-to-end design process for product features, from discovery and ideation to final implementation.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and product insights.

User Research & Experience

  • Conduct or support user research, usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives while making design decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user experiences.
  • Participate in product planning, feature discussions, and design reviews.
  • Ensure smooth design handoff by providing clear specifications and collaborating throughout implementation.
  • Validate implemented designs to ensure high-quality execution.

Design Systems

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of the product design system.
  • Create reusable UI components and design patterns that promote consistency and scalability.
  • Maintain comprehensive design documentation and interaction guidelines.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in design critiques and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay current with emerging UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
  • Continuously improve design processes, workflows, and collaboration practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects and user-centered problem solving.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience designing scalable digital products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience collaborating within Agile product development teams.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
