A seasoned engineering professional with demonstrated technical expertise aligned to professional accreditation standards. Independently leads the design, planning, management and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance. Delivers high-quality, client-focused technical solutions across GHD's sectors, including transport, water, property & buildings, energy, and environment. Contributes to feasibility studies, risk analysis, and pricing, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy. Supports the technical development of the team, builds commercial awareness, strengthens client relationships through consistent delivery and leadership, and contributes to winning work through client engagement and involvement in bids and tenders.

- Client & Customer Management (External): Manage relationships with small clients while also helping senior colleagues manage relationships with larger key clients and customers.
- Community of Practice Management: Participate actively in a community of practice in a defined area of expertise or consulting to build own expertise.
- Contract Management: Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
- Engineering Inspections: Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and/or the integrity of existing installations or structures, and specify the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Engineering Solutions Design: Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct complex feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace.
