Reach Stacker Operator (Afternoon Shift)

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a Reach Stacker Operator to join our Landside Logistics team, based at our Yennora, NSW site. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, loading, unloading, and stacking of shipping containers while supporting daily transport and depot operations. You will work closely with drivers, fleet controllers, and the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met safely and on time.

This is a permanent FULL - TIME position working Monday to Friday, AFTERNOON shift, with potential overtime. 

Key Accountabilities

• Safely operate a reach stacker to load, unload, stack, and relocate shipping containers.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with fleet controllers, drivers, and the operations team to ensure efficient container movements.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and WHS requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Previous experience operating a reach stacker within a transport, container, or logistics environment.
• Current Reach Stacker Licence or recognised competency (essential).
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using operational systems (desirable).
