Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Services Associate in Enfield, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help support authorized entry, follow visitor procedures, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
