As a Supply Planner II here at Solstice, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products. You will leverage your expertise in supply planning to support inventory management, production scheduling, and demand fulfillment, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain network.
 

You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you’ll work out of our Monterrey, Mexico location on an hybrid work schedule.
 

In this role, you will impact the seamless coordination of supply chain activities, ensuring that inventory levels meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency. Your efforts will help drive operational excellence and support business growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

  • Own the end-to-end planning process for a critical customer account
  • Lead the weekly/bi-weekly planning meetings with the customer
  • Prepare and send business critical reporting files on a weekly basis
  • Review the customer demand forecast, using this data to adjust and maintain target inventory levels across consignment locations
  • Proactively communicate with the customers, and internal stakeholders 
  • Coordinate with vendors, and 3PL warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods to the customer
  • Regular inventory reconciliation and clean-up of expired stock to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Monthly revenue projection and communication of potential risks to stakeholders
  • Timely release of purchase orders, and monitoring of inbound shipments from vendors
  • Partner with internal team members to keep things running smoothly

  • Timely, clear, and frequent communication with the customer, vendor, and internal stakeholders

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in supply planning, inventory management, customer service or a related supply chain role
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with frequent customer-facing interactions
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of consignment inventory model
  • Strong data skills, including comfort working with demand forecasts, inventory data, and reporting tools to inform planning decisions
