About the Role
M2P Fintech is looking for a Reconciliation Analyst with experience in reconciliation of payment products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payment systems and be capable of analyzing reconciliation requirements, automating reconciliation workflows, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reconciliation operations.
What Will You Do in this Role
• Analyze and interpret requirements from client and operations stakeholders to understand reconciliation needs.
• Design, develop, and implement SQL queries to automate reconciliation processes in a recon environment.
• Enhance efficiency and accuracy of reconciliation workflows through automation.
• Monitor implemented solutions and identify issues or discrepancies in outputs.
• Perform root cause analysis and fix errors or defects arising post-implementation.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within defined turnaround time (TAT) with high quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve system performance.
• Maintain documentation for implemented solutions and process changes.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
• 3-5 years of experience in reconciliation of payment products.
• Understanding of payment systems like UPI, NPCI, RuPay, VISA, and IMPS is a must.
• Ability to analyze reconciliation requirements and implement automated reconciliation solutions using SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT).
Preferred Experience
• Preference shall be for anyone who has experience in SmartStream or TLM Recon systems.
